The Importance of Self Defence
Self Defence Training should involve the correct physical skills
delivered to the appropriate target. Physical size or strength
should not be an issue.
QSDTA insists on the correct training methods appropriate to
real life situations. Women and children can feel confident after
a short amount of time in training. The non-physical aspects of
Self Defence along with the appropriate use of force are major
issues in QSDTA's training.
Regular seminars are conducted for schools, businesses and community
groups.
