This quote rings so true of Lauchlan’s journey through Taekwon-Do.  It was hard work for him in the beginning, but as his skills have improved so has his self confidence.  He now approaches his tasks and challenges in life with the same discipline he applies in the training hall.  It is great to see him continually learning and improving.

Taekwon-Do is a great martial art to practice as a family. There is so much to learn and the instructors teach in a manner that caters to all ages.  I’d encourage everyone to have a go.
