Taekwondo has had major benefits for my son, and not just physically. Mentally Leighton has learnt to focus for extended periods of time, he has learnt how to listen to and follow instructions, he has also learnt how to calmly deal with situations.

As you can imagine, this had huge benefits for Leighton at school both academically and socially. My son has learnt how to make friends and more importantly how to keep friends, as an eight year old boy this has had a huge impact on his self esteem. 

I believe that the strategies and morals taught at Taekwondo have managed to transform my son into a very happy child.
